This Emerald Green Vintage Ribbon Bolo Tie, is made with French made Velvet Apparel made circa 1941. 

The Herkimer charm slides up and down allowing for a relaxed or tighter fit.

Lower the Charm to regulate the length and slip the piece over your head and tighten it as you would a Bolo Tie.
